Lesson 4: Get in the Kitchen, Make It Snappy. Discover that cooking can be easy and tons of fun even after a long, stressful day. This week includes simple cooking videos and instructions for making delicious meals fast (perfect for beginners and top-chefs alike).
Lesson 5: Take Care of that Body, Girl. Learn how to build daily relaxation and self-care practices into your life so you always feel good (and know how to get back to feeling good when you don’t).
Lesson 6: Get Moving Cuz It Matters. Get excited about fitness again (or maybe for the first time ever!). You’ll also get access to guided yoga classes taught by yours truly.
Lesson 7: Curate Your Mind. Get rid of any negativity dragging you down! This module includes a guided meditation (yes, my voice is soothing AF).
Lesson 8: Meet Your New Life. Walk away with everything you need to lead a balanced, healthy, kick ass life.
